Apply & Credential

Submit your SMHP certification or equivalent credentials. Saga Health reviews and approves your practitioner profile within 5 business days.

Configure Your Program

Set your cohort size, pricing, and schedule. The platform auto-generates your enrollment page, consent forms, and device ordering workflow.

Enroll Participants

Participants pay to activate via your enrollment page. HSA/FSA payments accepted. Saga handles receipts, documentation, and device fulfillment.

Coach & Earn

Run your Whole Health Reset Program using the full Personage clinical platform. Revenue deposits automatically to your connected Stripe account.

Recommended
SMHP Certification

Hold a current Society of Metabolic Health Practitioners credential. Verified at onboarding and re-verified annually. The direct path to Personage Max access.

Path 2
Residency

Complete at least one full cohort as an assigned coach in a Personage Pro agency program. Platform performance data confirms your readiness.

Path 3
Competency Assessment

Pass a structured assessment covering metabolic health fundamentals, protocol delivery, and practitioner ethics. Designed for clinicians with equivalent training.

Path 4
Equivalency Review

Submit your credentials for Saga Health review. For physicians, RDs, and advanced practitioners whose background demonstrates equivalent competency.
